We had a great time overall. Unfortunately one of the reasons we chose this listing was the pool table shown in photos (our sons loved the one in our previous vrbo) - but it wasnât actually on site. Also I believe the thermostat on the hot tub is broken as it was too hot to use even at its lowest setting. The forced air in the home is also VERY loud and woke us up even more than the passing train horns did. All that said we had a good time and would return if the hot tub was serviced by a professional. Right now it seems a bit dangerous to leave it as is.
We enjoyed are stay. A much needed staycation with our 2 young daughters and our 2 lrg dogs besides a few hiccups which were promptly fixed our stay was amazing we enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The beds were beyond amazing. I amazing hopeing to contact the property and find out the bed type of the quern.
Overall it was a nice couple of days stay. The property had almost everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The only downside is there's a train that passes pretty near by and if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend bringing ear plugs. But other than it was nice and peaceful.
A quaint little property surrounded by the mountains of Baring. The river is across the street on the other side of the properties there. The local bar on the way to Gold Bar is a great stop on the way there/back. Make sure to pack your own food as the local store is currently under construction and is only operating as a post office
