"The service was a bit disappointing. The checkin was horrible, it took very long and I did not really get a lot of information along with the hotel documents. So I found out most of the stuff the next days. The reception always had long queues and you waited a long time to get a question answered. Also it seemed that staff at the reception always had to call someone to get info or an approval. The hotel definitely looks like it needs some maintenance. For this price, I was disappointed. "
