Room overlooked the M1 so opening the window wasn’t an option. Seemed staffing was an issue and had problems with the soft drink dispenser. Food was an issue - being under cooked or not reflecting the menu.

Checked in on line as requested. Then checked in at the hotel. Was given a room on the 3rd floor. Went to the room only to find the room was not ready. Went back to reception and got another room however the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. Went back to reception and got another room only to find the extractor fan in that bathroom was also not working either. Maybe a systemic fault somewhere . I informed reception. No maintenance people available on Sunday so we stayed in that room as there seemed to be an issue with bathroom fans. I didn’t find the bed very comfortable. The staff were really good and friendly helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good.
