Walking into the hotel you think wow this is nice then you go to your room and find it is dated. Avocado coloured sink and bath is 1980s. Unfortunately a radiator in the room leaked and had to be repaired which left a smell. Thankfully I was moved to an alternative room. Service was helpful and with a smile. The evening meal was nice (not brilliant) but expensive.

This is a lovely hotel and the location is perfect

Pros: Everything couldn't be better.
Cons: Didn't find anything needed improvement
Location: Lovely for shops fashion, books, Tesco Direct and train to Exeter for the day was super.
In centre of town but rooms are quiet and peaceful. The coffee shop and main lounge are perfect for a light lunch and the food was excellent. Also near the bus depot foor trips out.

Nice hotel

Traveling with families, it is nice and clean. Good service, but during the evening I can hear some seagulls. It's really annoying me. Nice breakfast served.
