A pousada tem potencial e pontos positivos, mas nossa experiência em família (2 adultos e 1 bebê) deixou a desejar em aspectos fundamentais. Ao chegarmos, o quarto não tinha toalhas nem cobertas. Quando entregues, as toalhas estavam molhadas sob a justificativa de que não houve tempo para secagem. Durante as três diárias, o quarto não passou por limpeza. Além disso, não recebemos nenhuma orientação sobre como funcionava o serviço de quarto ou se havia estacionamento interno; por falta de informação, o carro acabou dormindo na rua. A manutenção e a higiene também precisam de atenção: encontramos um pirulito derretido embaixo da cama e mofo nos rejuntes do banheiro. Estruturalmente, a porta do box não permanecia fechada, molhando o piso. Além disso, a ausência de suportes para itens de banho fez com que shampoo e condicionador tivessem que ficar no chão, o que tornou o uso desconfortável. A pousada é agradável, mas esses detalhes de cuidado e comunicação fazem muita falta para o conforto do hóspede.
