Our stay ended with during ice storm that caused a lengthy power outage. The staff was showing consistent effort in making people as comfortable and calm as possible. Pool temp could have been increased to make pool more comfortable. My girls are generally big swimmers, but they were in and out and done.

Was in Collingwood for surgery - would of liked a later check out for just one of the rooms but they would only extend it to noon and at 4:00 hotel parking lot only had 10 or 12 cars on it. Other than that the hotel was great
