The facility is still working to transition i think. You could see where somethings still needed completed.
They didn't have refrigerator and microwave in the room for leftovers. The TV had dark places in the screen.
The room was clean, the air kept it cool with the really hot weather outside, the bed a as clean and comfortable, check in was quick, house keeping was really nice about providing towels and supplies, and the pool was just about perfect.
Plan to stay here again when we come to Bartlesville for family.
This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but I can see it moving in that dirrection. That being said, it was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. They are under new management and I can see the improvements being made. I spoke with (I hope I get the names right) Tammy and Debbie and they told me about what is panned as far as renovations. They were so sweet and we had such a good conversation. The staff at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to come back next time I travel through Bartlesville.
Entire building in disrepair and should be closed to the public until all issues fixed. Bullet holes in wall behind check-in/check-out counter; Missing security cameras; Only one staff member onsite; Building smells and had zero amenities.
