There were 2 Christmas parties the night of our stay in the hotel which would have been nice to have been made aware of when booking the room. Equally it would have been nice to have been given a room which wasn't right above one of the parties. Mattress was hard and could feel the join where 2 maytresses had been connected to make a kind size bed.

We had such a lovely time here, very chilled and relaxed, we loved the relaxation room.. breakfast was wonderful everything you could want, nice atmosphere too.. room was tidy and clean,bed was super comfy too..thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 👍

The room was nice, but cold was only one heater on the wall. It was working well, but the room was too big to heat it. There was a towel heater in the bathroom eventually started working, and we had to get another portable heater from the reception. But after that, the room was good. The staff were very friendly, swimming pool and sauna was good. Unfortunately, steam room out of order. And unfortunately, about 80% of the lockers didn't work for the 4 star hotel. I Wasn't to impressed , in the bar, the staff were very friendly. The food wasn't up to much. And unfortunately, when we ordered a salad, it was definitely not that good. It was a Caesar's salad, but most of it were chunks of hard bread supposedly should have been croutons over half the plate Was full of this bread And there were very little bits of salad leaves underneath and the gammon meat was hard as a rock, unfortunately, the drink selection wasn't up to much. The guiness did not taste nice. And the fridges had very little in them , apart from things like. Mayonnaise and ketchup , so £57 for 2 drinks and those 2 meals That didn't taste very nice, unfortunately We did complain, but they weren't bothered. (A very cold Hotel and very loud, you could hear your neighbours.)

We had a great stay and would like to give a special mention to Dylan at reception who was incredibly helpful. We checked in late in the evening and noticed there was quite a bit of noise from guests across the hallway, going in and out of each others rooms. We went down to reception and explained the situation and Dylan managed to move my husband and I to a quieter area with no issues. Bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking available as well.

The hotel and room were nice however our bathroom smelled strongly of urine and the floor was sticky. The hot drink amenities had not been replenished prior to us checking in so it made us question if the room was properly serviced. We did raise the bathroom issue at the time and it was cleaned but the smell remained.

Clean room. Hotel definitely not 4star. No food after 9.30pm or room service. I had been traveling for 10 hours and arrived at 10pm. No heating on in room and window open I left 33degrees in the sun. Water in the room no glasses to drink out off. Can’t switch bedside lights off from your bed Staff helpful but couldn’t do anything definitely would not stay there again. These are the obvious issues but it gives you an overall impression.
