Everything was wrong with this location. When I was deciding which location to stay at, I noted that this hotel said they offered hypoallergenic bedding. When I received a text stating I could reach out for a better check in, I asked about it, to which I was informed they did not offer anything hypoallergenic for their bedding nor products they use for cleaning. Breakfast, the waffle batter was so thin, that when making in the machine it would be broken and hallow due to the watery texture. The worst of it all, the second night I was there, I found a cockroach in our sink. When I went to front desk to inform and see what could be done, the worker was so unbothered and lack care for the matter. She called the manager and they asked if I wanted to switch rooms. Would you like to stay into a room Infested with roaches? I said yes and as long as we could check it prior. It had a dirty window and a sticky table, but I’d rather that than bugs at this point. If this is the standard of this location, then this will be our first and last time staying here.
