Situated in a prime location, just a 5-minute stroll to Corrigans and Caseys beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Catalina golf course and a 5 min drive to Batemans Bay Wharf and town centre. This property is aimed at anyone who likes a trip away including Mountain Bike enthusiasts, as its access to Curtis Road Trail Head which is only a 5-minute ride. The property is equipped with a fully functional double garage that has been converted to Mountain Bike workshop to allow for repairs, maintenance and the ability to store your bikes securely after a long day riding.

We have surfboard racks, space for fishing gear with a freezer downstairs for bait and fresh fish along with a side access driveway to park additional cars, trailers and a boat is depending on what activities you enjoy.
