View was great! The bed was and bedding, not so great. Stiff scratchy sheets that felt bumpy like the mattress covered was piled. Had to sleep on top of bedding.

Had waterview room that was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the bay and room was quite large and bathroom updated and had all amenities. There was undercover secure parking and a lovely club just across the road that was zero dollars to join and receive discounts of drinks etc. Had an excellent meal there and 2 second across the road back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying at Batemans Bay. Can't beat it.

There was no room service available for the whole weekend we were there and no uber eats in those days. Made it hard with a kid and one parent. Great room, awesome bed, great view. Still not worth what we paid though
