Have stayed at the hotel 5 times now. This time was the best by far. They have dramatically improved staff, service, and food etc, etc. It wasn't awful before, but now its oustanding! I will be back again....

We had to change rooms as there was poop on one of our beds. The housekeepers obviously hadn't changed the bedding and there were skid marks on the duvet and the bed sheet. The reception staff were great, changed our room and gave us a complimentary drink but still totally unacceptable.

The warmest of welcomes from Jessica on reception got us off to a good start. Excellent room; clean, comfortable and accessible. Pool area lovely. The only letdown is the soulless bar area. Will return.

The upgrade room was very spacious and well presented. We did try and book the swimming pool but unsuccessfully. Staff were very helpful and always attentive. Will definitely stay with this brand of Hotel again
