Brilliant location. Rooms modern, clean and super warm and cosy. Quiet considering its central location. A round of welcome drinks at the bar was a nice touch. Checking in and out was super simple. Car parking only a few minutes walk away. The pool was a tad too cold but the sauna made up for it. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved it. We didn't try the breakfast.

Perfectly situated for the centre of Bath. Room was exceptional and loved the bathroom. Didnn’t use the pool/gym or the restaurant. However we will be back and I look forward to using them then.

We paid over £35 for breakfast for 2. The cooked omelette was barely edible and the fried breakfast would put a cheap bnb out of business. The eggs were pale, sausage as cheap as can be, bacon miserable. Beans ok. I cannot believe that the hotel manager would tolerate this as I have stayed at a number of Apex hotels including the Bath one and never seen such a discrepancy between the overall standard which is very good and the cooked breakfast which fell so badly short.I mentioned to reception when we left.

Staff were excellent throughout our stay. The sauna, steam room facilities were amazing and very clean with everything you needed (lockers, large towels, showers with good quality toiletries, bags for your wet swimwear). In a great location close to city centre shops and tourist spots. Ideal for Christmas market too. Would stay again.

We arrived in the morning by train and were greeted warmly by staff, who then allowed us you check in early. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept immaculate including the spa and fitness room. We also enjoyed the little touches such as cookies and cold, refillable bottled water. Thanks so much for a lovely time in Bath!
