Excellent staff and service

The experience of this hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was good, clean, and a good size. I would definitely look to stay here again should I visit Bath. Breakfast was busy, but well managed by the staff and you could ask for no more.

The breakfast menu offered variety — convenient buffet style and a cook to order menu. So you have choices which was great. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. From the reception to the wait staff and housekeeping. All were extremely pleasant and friendly.

Breakfast was great. The bed, pillows and claimed block out curtains were not great. The curtain rod did not span the window hence light came in. Pillows were lumpy. Bed very hard.

Very nice hotel…. Only problem is that there are many buildings, hallways, and doors. Some more/better signage would be helpful!! We had to keep asking for directions, when we could find someone! The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Lovely stay, greeted at reception with a great check in lots of information for us was offered by the very friendly reception staff. Room was accommodated in the modern block but not dissappointed as very light and roomy. Great coffee machine with fresh milk in the fridge along with water. Nice bathroom
