Nice location, quiet, we struggle with the check in process b/c I didn't have the app open and didn't see the picture where the lockbox is hidden.I'd suggest they specify there is NO elevator, we had only carry on but I have a bad back and it was hard to carry the luggage 3 floors up and down.They remodeled the kitchen and bath very nicely, however the hall floor hasn't been nailed and it's really squeaky waking us up as soon that somebody wanders out the bedrooms.The living room furniture is not comfortable and the chair is in need of repair.

It was worth the climb to the top of the stairs for the rooftop views, this charming apartment was tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable stay with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen for eating in or restaurants at the top of the street if needing a night off from cooking. A few minutes walk to the city centre and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend!

The best of Bath

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we will be back! The host did an amazing job describing how to get into the property, and the whole flat was so comfortable and relaxing.

Nice apartment with great views and in excellent location

The apartment is very nice and spacious compared to many other apartments in Bath, and reasonably priced. There is a modern kitchen with all you need, and modern bathroom. The location is excellent: very near the city centre, but in a nice and quiet area. It's a 10 minute walk from the central station. Just a few things to be aware of (I believe this was also mentioned in the description of the place): it is on the third floor with no elevator. So if you have heavy luggage this could be a bit of a problem. Also, it is the top floor so it can get warm. The outside temperature was 20 degrees but inside it got to 26 degrees (despite having the windows open). So I imagine it can get quite warm in the summer but it was fine during our stay (which was in June). We had a great time and would definitely return.

Everything you need and more.

Fantastic location for a stay in beautiful Bath. A lovely, clean and homely 2 bedroom apartment with comfy beds and lots of space. Hot showers a must after walking all day. Fully equipped kitchen and easy instructions for recycling and rubbish disposal. The stairs were not an issue and are very well looked after. A 2 minute walk for breakfast or a meal in the evening. Highly recommended. Will book again if ever in Bath.

Beautiful flat in excellent location

We loved our stay at this property. The flat has everything you need for a brief or extended stay. (The shower in particular was amazing!) And the location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of Bath, convenient to everything. William responded promptly to our questions and provided what we needed to have a great holiday. We would stay there again.

Perfect Bath Location

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time in Bath and this apartment was perfect for our needs. The location was close to all the major Bath sights. The place was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities we needed. I will say that you may be surprised by an insistent tapping at your window. Someone must have previously fed the seagulls from the bedroom and kitchen windowsill because we had frequent visitors of the feathery kind! Just ignored them and all was fine.

Gorgeous Flat

The flat was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Every thing we needed was there and it is super close to the heart do Bath. Our one little hitch was finding the key box. If the neighbors had not helped we would have looked for hours. But the good neighbors are a real plus too. This was minor but would love to see more accurate description in the checkin information. We will be coming back here for sure!

The flat was nice, but when we got in our first night, we couldn’t use the electric kettle to boil water because it had terrible scale buildup that was impossible to clean with just dish soap and water and left floaty bits in the water when we used it. This bothered me because the owner charges a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee. We also tried boiling water with a pot but the stove wasn’t working. We tried emailing twice through guesthoo but we have never received a response and I’m writing this a few weeks after our visit. If there is a problem, you are out of luck.
