We enjoyed our brief stay here. The room was compact but comfortable and extremely convenient to eateries and walking distance to the Tower Bridge and other landmarks. We ate at the pub across the alley for dinner which appeared to be mostly locals, which was a nice experience. We would stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night in September 2025. Arrived late Friday night following a long drive, parked up at the hotel recommended car park and took the 5-10 minute walk through the city centre to the hotel. Location is just on the outside of the main shopping area but within easy walking distance of the local sights/amenities. Door was locked due to it being after 10pm when we arrived, but still lots of activity in the hotel lobby and a member of staff opened the door after a press of the buzzer. The hotel and rooms are bright, clean and modern. We were up on the 4th floor with a good view of the city. Although located close to the lifts, the room was quiet and the beds comfortable. Hot drinks were available in the room alongside complimentary bottles of water and a fridge. Breakfast was great. We came down early and although it was busy there was plenty of space to find somewhere to sit and short waits at the buffet. They are proud of their waffles and I have to say we were impressed as well! We had asked for a late checkout when booking through a 3rd party site but weren't surprised this wasn't picked up by the hotel. Had the nudge at the normal checkout time but on speaking to the front desk they gave us some extra time to get ready... all good.

From the outside, this hotel did not look very new/updated, but we were surprised to find the room was very nice. It had all of the expected conveniences and it was centrally located, so it made getting around Bath a breeze. We did not take advantage of the morning breakfast since we wanted to sample all of the area food and drink. It was a very nice stay. The city of Bath is beautiful and there is so much to see. Well worth the trip.

Fabulous lication

Excellent location for exploring Bath on foot. Friendly staff, making checking easy. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds aren’t bad but old school spring mattresses could be more comfy. We would stay again.

There is no restaurant, instead there are snacks and very limited menu in the foyer, and I am not a fan of eating breakfast in the hotel foyer either. The cooked food for breakfast was not very nice quality and had been standing in the warming trays for too long, so were dry. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I do not like the idea of charging £5 on your card for no reason. I wouldn’t stay again
