All I felt like was a rotisserie chicken baking in this room! The ac ran but the compressor never kicked on. It was hot. Called the front desk and he said there were no more rooms. This morning upon check out I asked if we would be getting a refund or something for the ac she said sorry and walked away. Terrible service!

Our desk receptionist was amazingly helpful & fun. TV remote batteries were dead-she promptly gave us new ones. One very disappointing factor… We booked our stay & an additional day because there was a pool. Only to be told that it was closed. It was 86• out!

I do stay at this particular location often because it's affordable, the rooms are clean enough for a night or so and they at least have okay cable and HBO. The cable does lose signal frequently which gets aggravating if you're actually into watching. But my last day I forgot a pillow of my own and housekeeping and maintenance and management have no idea what happened to it and has given me the runaround for almost a week. Most of the time I can say that it's not that bad a place. The staff could care more even if it's a low budget motel.

What an amazing stay at this comfortable and affordable hotel. The room was fully clean from the time I walked in, you could spell the fresh clean smell, to the time I checked out. Great house keeping. The staff was very accommodating as well. Great hotel.

When I first arrived in our room, the walls did not match, the bed was hard, the covers looked like they didn’t care. But it’s booked so we were stuck. Well the first night we got back to the motel and laid down and the phone ringed, the front desk said we had a complaint and to keep it quiet. Ok whatever. And then the next night came around and I went to grab something out my car, and I ran into the dude who reported us for the noise he was saying we were moving furniture around it sounded like. And yeah so I packed my stuff up checked out early. Yeah no I’m good never staying here at americas best because it’s false advertisement it’s americas worst. I never had to check out early at any motel before. Oh and I forgot the tv were small and the tv kept losing connection.
