Great for a quick stop

I needed a room for just one night and it was very good - didn't try the wifi or pool or dining areas, though. Would be very happy to go back and try it for longer. Excellent value for money, maybe because it isn't high season, no conferences on?

Hôtel parfaitement entretenu. Jardin impeccable. Petit déjeuner nickel. Proximité avec les bateaux qui vont aux îles Boromées. Il n'y a rien à redire mise à par le prix peut être un poil élevé. Mais en conclusion, séjour de très très bonne qualité!

Architecture et parc magnifiques. Décoration très belle, un endroit vraiment agréable. Tout est splendide. Seul bémol: la position directement sur la rue donne des nuisances sonores si la chambre n'est pas tournée directement sur le parc. Insonorisation faible entre les chambres (on entend assez bien les voisins si ceux-ci parlent fort), mais c'est normal pour un bâtiment de cette époque et il faut donc accepter.

Court Séjour à Baveno

Pros: la qualité de l'accueil et des lieux.
Cons: La qualité de la restauration proposée est simplement honteuse. Les plats sont réellement dégueulasses et évidemment trop chers. Ne pas y manger!
Location: Le quartier est banal et il n'y a rien a faire autour. idéal pour un séjour pendant lequel nous ne voulons rien faire justement.
Nous avons passé 3 jours à Baveno pour de la détente, au soleil du Lac Majeur.

kürzlich renovierter alter Hotelpalast, schön eingerichtet, gegen Aussen gut isoliert, aber zu wenig gegen den Gang und Ab- + Wasserleitungen sehr gut hörbar

Schön mit kleiner Einschränkungen

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, auch der Aussenbereich und der Pool können sich sehen lassen. das Frühstück ist mit 16 EUR angemessen im Preis und liefert gute Qualität - auch für Mitteleuropäer. Die Getränkepreise sind ansonsten recht hoch. Ein 0.4 L Panache (Radler/Alsterwasser) kostet 8 EUR, ein Cappucion 3,5 EUR. Die Standardzimmer sind recht klein und zur Strasse heraus kann man das Fenster wirklich nicht öffnen, es sei den man möchte sich fühlen, als ob man Urlaub an einer befahrenen Strasse in einer Grossstadt macht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist hier auch die einzige Rettung. Allerdings wird diese erst im Juni angeschaltet. Bie hohen Temperaturen im Mai hat man dann wirklich ein Problem. Die Zimmer zur Flussseite sind daher auch deutlich teurer (Aufpreis 40 EUR pro Nacht).
