This comfortable, perfectly positioned beach house is calling out to all of you beach lovers, to visit and make some life long memories. Whether you are in your golden years looking for a nice relaxing getaway, a young couple deep in love or the adventurous family wanting to visit the South Coast, this property is exactly where you need to be.

Situated right on the famous Bawley Beach, at Bawley Point, this lovely home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen equiped with oven, stove top, Nespresso Coffee machine and your kitchen basics. The lounge room is spacious, with a delightful view of Bawley Beach. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located upstairs, with 1 bedroom & ensuite, kitchen, dining, laundry with washing machine and dryer and lounge room located downstairs. Wifi is provided at this property for anyone needing to check on emails or the kids need some downtime on the iPad so Mum and Dad can relax with a beverage.

Please note, This property is not pet friendly.

Bedroom configuration:-

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed - upstairs with balcony access to sit and have an early morning cuppa with a view

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed - downstairs with ensuite

Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single beds - upstairs

Please note, linen and bath towels are provided to help make your stay easier. You will just need to pack your beach towels.

There is a futon located upstairs which folds out to become a double bed if the extra bed is required. All bedding for the futon stored away and available upon request.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.


This property is not pet friendly as the property is not fenced.

For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain or if you want to sit back, relax and taste award-winning wines at the Bawley Vale Estate Winery which is located only 11km from your stay. A short 30 minute drive into Ulladulla, you will find Cupitt's Estate for some more mouth- watering wine and food.

Bella Coastal Holidays has a strict no party policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

It clearly had not been lived in for ages. Sheets over TV, dining chair stacked on table, cobwebs everywhere. My elderly sister eventually found the info and had to go outside in the rain, dark and cold to turn the hot water on. This need was never comunicated by the managing agents Bella Holidays. I had called them numerous times for an early check in as my mum is 95 years old. They never confirmed this. The place only had one (small electric) heater in the living room. It's a two story house. Cold, musty, dirty and unpleasant. The bed was not even tucked in which makes me think someone had slept in it before us. I do not recommend!
