Gepflegtes Apartment im 2. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die meisten Fenster und der Balkon gehen zu einem autofreien, ruhigen grünen Innenhof hin. Alle Fenster haben Außenjalousien.Sehr gut funktionierendes Bad und gut ausgestattete kleine Küche. Das geräumige Boxspringbett und die großzügige Sitzgruppe waren Wohlfühlfaktoren. Ablagemöglichkeiten für die eigenen Utensilien waren genügend vorhanden, ebenso verschiedene Lichtquellen am Abend. Etwas sportliches Geschick war bei der Nutzung des Essplatzes erforderlich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist besonders auch die Sauberheit im Apartment, sowohl äußerlich als auch in den Schränken, beim Geschirr etc.Trotz seiner Größe von 34 Quadratmetern bietet das Apartment viel Freifläche und wirkt größer als erwartet.Die An- und Abreise ist unkompliziert. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses findet man vergleichsweise gut. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof Bayreuth sind es 12 Gehminuten oder zwei Stationen mit dem Bus 301 (Haltestelle Stuckberg), der tagsüber meist im Halbstundentakt fährt. Weitere Buslinien sind in benachbarten Straßen erreichbar.Für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Bayreuth war das Apartment ideal und wir danken der Gastgeberin Carmen Groß Zaremba für die freundliche und zuverlässige Kommunikation und die kulante Regelung unseres kleinen Missgeschicks in der Küche.
