Elevator remans broken (it was also broken when I stayed here in September). Hallways are filthy and don't seem to be regularly cleaned. WiFi and cell service are inoperable within the hotel, which is a major, major inconvenience. Lighting and furniture were inadequate.

The elevator is still out. There were yapping dogs next door and the door to the bathroom was broke. There was a long dark hair in the bed sheets, and the breakfast was closed early for Thanksgiving. This was for the dates of November 26 & 27th. rooms 305 & 306. I attained these rooms for my children and grandchildren. Was very disappointed. The only high note: The staff was very polite.

The front staff was super friendly but overall it was awful, we almost left and drove home. The room was wet and sticky full of moisture, hallways had no ac, the toilet was dirty when we got there and ran alllll night, the bed linens were stained, there was a dirty sock in the room, the surfaces had clearly not been wiped, the fruit for breakfast was molded, the elevator broke, the heating element on the hot tub broke…the list just went on and on.

Stay at LaQuinta was average. Their elevator did not work, which would be OK if there was a staircase next to it, but the stairs were at the end of the building making access to the room difficult. Carpets in the hallways and staircase were in need of vacuuming. Otherwise, it's an OK property.

Call and make sure the elevator is working. It wasn't for us and she put ua on the 3rd floor. I've stayed at this La Quinta before and it seems like years now that they are still renovating. Our room had a pee stain on the mattress, so they moved us to another room on the 3rd floor. Both rooms had caulk, joint compound and paint splatters. The toilet seat cover kept dropping down hitting my back while sitting on the toilet seat. The sink drain seemed partially clogged. The vent in the bathroom was dirty and the window had moss looking splatters on the outside. The breakfast was pretty good. I just wish they had toppings for the oatmeal packets and a nondairy milk option.
