This hotel was excellent. It is new in the Beckley area and it was perfect for a mini vacation in the area. The staff was more than helpful during check-in and the staff that worked the breakfast area were more than willing to have great food available for guests. Everything was clean in the lobby, very well lit in all areas of the hotel. I would stay in this facility again if I visited the area again.

Great new hotel

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Just wish there were more gluten free, dairy free options. Eggs with no milk vase, dairy free yogurt or coffee creamers to accommodate food allergies which are so prevalent now a days.

We had a billing problem and the front desk was not helpful at all. We had already paid through Expedia, but they acted like we owed them more money. I couldnā€™t get a zero balance receipt. Left there very frustrated and confused. Not going back,
