This spacious and bright contemporary villa is located on the outskirts of the hamlet of Les Douze in Bédarieux. It is 15 minutes from Lake Salagou and 20 minutes from the Éric Gorges. Tastefully decorated, it is rated 4 stars and can comfortably accommodate eight people (plus a cot). Designed around a central living area, it consists of a large living/dining room/kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace offering delightful views — perfect for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.
You will appreciate the beautiful, modern and welcoming interior, as well as the large 5000 m² garden with terraces, where you can relax. Enjoy wonderful evenings around the barbecue or lazy days in the sun on the lawn or in the hot tub!

This is an ideal location for a nature and wellness holiday. Fancy a wellness break? Lamalou-les-Bains is nearby, where you can enjoy the thermal baths and beautiful 9-hole golf course. The Orb Valley is a fabulous playground and activity centre for all. You can cycle along the greenway, hike in the Gorges d'Héric, try an adventure course in the treetops, or go canoeing from Tarassac, which is 20 km away.
The surrounding area offers just as many exciting possibilities, with unmissable visits to some of France's most beautiful towns and villages, such as Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, Pézenas, La Couvertoirade, and Béziers, which is home to the nine Fonséranes locks.
You can learn about wine by exploring the many vineyards that border the region, such as those in Faugères and St Chinian. When you return to your beautiful holiday rental, you'll want to do just one thing: relax in the jacuzzi!

Great house with an even better view

We were very pleased with our stay. Very clean and we had all the things in the world we need for our stay. One day the coffee machine broke and Mr BOIS just got us a brand new one.
