Poor stay

There was no one at check in and then when I tried to order room service there was no answer for ages, then someone pick up the phone and just hung up, eventually I went down to order and was told the phones were not working just as it rang! Then the final straw the fire alarm malfunctioned at 5.00 am, no one around to turn it off for 30 mins. Oh and the curtains didn't fit the room so the light just streamed in.

Nice hotel close to the quaint village Sharnbrook

Cons: Waiting service.
Good hotel, large spacious room. Friendly service at check-in. Shame about the inattentive waitress serving breakfast. Only one in the restaurant, yet took a few minutes to come across to take me order. Would've been nice if she could've mustered a smile or good morning. Shame that a small thing like that will probably be my takeaway experience. Despite that I'd stay again.
