The house, known as Illa Blanca, is situated on the outskirts of the village, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by trees. Its location provides a peaceful, sunny and private atmosphere, only 2 km from Aiguablava Beach, one of the most iconic coves in the area.

The property has a spacious 900 m² private garden surrounded by lawn and trees, providing an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. At the centre of the garden is a rectangular swimming pool measuring 4 × 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 110 to 180 cm, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. The swimming pool is maintained by the owner or gardener to ensure that it remains in good condition throughout the stay.

The house is arranged over two floors and has an approximate surface area of 260 m². Its spacious and bright interiors are furnished with antique furniture, giving the accommodation distinctive character and charm.

The main living and dining room measures approximately 34 m² and features a welcoming fireplace and pleasant views of the garden. It is a perfect space for relaxing, spending time together or enjoying a meal after a day at the beach.

The kitchen, measuring approximately 15 m², is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and other essential appliances, allowing guests to prepare meals comfortably throughout their stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.

The house has a total of five bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a small 4 m² single bedroom, particularly suitable for a child, and a second 10 m² bedroom with two single beds. A complete bathroom is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, there is an 18 m² living area with a fireplace and digital television, as well as three additional bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom measures approximately 40 m² and features a double bed and a complete private bathroom.

The upstairs bedrooms have access to private terraces offering splendid views of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding natural landscape.

The house also provides additional conveniences such as a washing machine, iron and free Wi-Fi. There is parking space within the grounds of the property, as well as a private garage for added convenience.

The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.

The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.

Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €30 per pet.
