Exclusive villa with fantastic panoramic views in Begur, Costa Brava.
Located in a quiet residential area, 300 meters from the town center and 5 km from the beaches of Aiguablava, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna.
Capacity for 10 people, 6 rooms.
 It is a high standing property with a fabulous outdoor area with private pool and barbecue.
The house is on two levels. On the entrance floor we find a large and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a billiard room, a laundry room, a toilet and a triple room that has a double bed, a single bed sharing a bathroom and shower. On the upper floor we find a triple room that consists of a double bed, a single bed sharing a bathroom with a shower and two double rooms with a double bed that share a bathroom with a bathtub. Living room with sofa bed. All rooms have access to the terrace.
The house has private outdoor parking, wifi and satellite channel.

Disappointing

Things that were good:View - BEAUTIFULNeighborhood- easy walk to everywhere.The negative:1) the electrical is awful.-You can only run the AC for 2 hours and even then it must be run on low and if you’re running it in more than 2 rooms it will still probably result in blown fuses-The coffee pot blew the fuses to all the outlets in the house. So we could never use it.-The dryer basically doesn’t dry anything - instead it just gets everything really hot and you still have to air dry everything-there are 8 million light switches & nothing is labeled so that is fun…… thank goodness we know how to reset breakers! There were NO instructions2) the hot tub never worked. The water circulated but the water was maybe slightly warm & no jets3) the freezer is overly iced4) ants. Everywhere. Don’t drop even a crumb.5) the doors are wonky6) the trash instructions are confusing/minimal and we tried to follow them but the trash & recycling didn’t get picked up. So we had to leave it at the house. Then we were told they were charging us 30 for the cleaning ppl having to remove the trash.So basically if you want a beautiful view stay here. But not a reliable house if you want AC, a dryer, a hot tub, or just generally a reliable electrical system…
