Cozy house with beautiful sea views, located in the quiet residential area of Ses Costes, just 2.5 km from Aiguablava beach and the port of Fornells.
The property is distributed on one single level and features a bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room is equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, there is a pleasant garden area, a large sun terrace with a private swimming pool and a covered porch with barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and dinners during the summer evenings.
