Kiitettävä palvelu. Sisäänkirjautumisen kanssa oli ongelmana se, että tulimme tosi myöhään, emmekä heti saaneet ketään puhelimella kiinni. Jouduimme soittamaan ebookersin puhelinpalveluun ja asian selittäminen ja hoitamisen eteneminen oli TODELLA hankalaa. Onneksi myöhemmin hotellin numerosta soitettiin ja saimme asian hoidettua. Onneksi ebookersilla oli miellyttävä mies hoitamassa asiaa. Olisi upeaa, jos ebookersilla olisi suomenkielinenkin puhelimeen vastaaja. Asioitten hoitaminen väsyneenä oli aika haastavaa.
