Room good, service awful then they added gratuity to bill without consent, room service menu a QR code then it’s out of date, only 2 options available. Had to chase order 3 times, paid £20 for a sandwich which took over an hour to get to room.

Hotel was beautiful and service was great. My only feedback is the breakfast buffet is one of the worst I have ever had and I was looking forward to this one at this hotel the most because it was a 5 star hotel. We all agreed that it would have been by far better and cheaper if we just went to the restaurant and ordered what we wanted. The fruits salad really?? Where is real cut up fruit like watermelon, pineapple, grapes, strawberries. Come on your a 5 star… I paid $18 pounds which is equivalent to $35 Canadian each person (ya my dollar sucks) for a cup of tea and some rice crispie cereal. There should be a variety of options of baked good and maybe some jam for the toast would be nice. The cooked food did not look desirable at all. We all were so disappointed. The one other complaint I have is the noise level in the corridors. We stayed 2 nights and the first night we lucked out and had a room full of teen age boys next door and the second night we lucked out again with a room full of teen aged girls. Like seriously could the hotel not think let’s only torture these folks one night of their two night stay but I think they thought well better to piss off only one room instead of more. So yes the hotel was very nice… but not great

Close to everything

This hotel is located very centrally to Temple Bar, Grafton Street and many major sites. We chose not to get the Hop On/Off Bus because pretty much everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute walk or much less. The hotel is very nice, clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I wish I had known was that, while they have parkiing available, you have to book it in advance. We had to park several blocks away at a parking garage. We did get a hotel discount but would have preferred to have the valet park at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Room and bed was comfortable. No shower hat or little handy extras in the room as a 5star hotel should have. At lunch we waited far too long on drinks which I had to go to the bar and get myself. They brought starter along with main course which we didn’t ask for. £4 for mixed toast at breakfast and just got white bread toasted.

Centrally located and very grand.

Very centrally located, great venue, staff very helpful and rooms well equipped and very comfortable. One thing though, an upgrade to a city view room may not be worth the extra if you end up with the view of the back of an office block… but then that’s the view of the city.
