Avoid! Dirty rooms. Poor service.

Best to avoid. Seems good value but really isn’t. Room was poorly maintained and dirty. Coukd feel springs through cheap mattress. Cups still had coffee residue in them. The gentleman at the service desk could not have cared less. Did not acknowledge the problem. Refused to engage and dismissed any attempt to help stating problems go through the booking company. I moved hotel - found far better for less.

Fantastic location for exploring Belgrade. The hotel amenities were exceptional and the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay here again.
