I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely excellent—from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was perfect and I had a great night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made everything very convenient. Ok hotel with quirky service

For some strange reason the curtains are almost transparent, so there's no way to darken the room to sleep in the morning. Also, if you take out your room card when you leave the room, the AC stops (which is usual), but if you leave the card in the reader when you leave the room the cleaning personnel cannot enter. Finally, if you run out of water from the minibar during the night they will not give you a bottle of water at reception because "they are not authorised to access their restaurant or storage after working hours"... All in all, a hit and miss service.
