The house was in a very quite and nice neighborhood, felt very welcoming and safe having kids. The private dock was a huge plus my daughter loved using the kayaks. It was a very short drive to any reastraunts or activities we had a great stay everything listed was available would definitely book here again. Rose thank you.

Kitchen needed some plastic cups or glasses. 148 steps to be exact to get to dock and back in house. Right side dock needs work. NO grill at all. No extra blanket. The bed was great.

The house was so spotlessly clean, the furniture was beautiful and probably the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. And we loved the home decor making it feel like we’re at home while being on vacation. And the view from the dock on the lake is incredible.

Outdoor photos are very outdated, dock and steps had not been cleaned in sometime. Chairs on the dock were half in the water and dirty, we could not enjoy the dock as planned. The outdoor deck furniture was falling apart and dirty as well as the rug, walls and ceiling which we had to clean before we could sit outside. The electric grill tripped the circuit braker, so could not be used. Inside ceiling fans had to be cleaned as well as top of refrigerator. Appears that the cleaner only does a surface job. Missing or burnt out light bulbs made for a unwelcoming stay. Wondering if the owners ever inspect their unit.

I am giving it 2 stars because the condo itself was clean and well stocked HOWEVER the host was unreliable to the point of negligent. The A/C went out during a heat wave and I tried to contact the host for what to do and didn’t hear back for two days. We had already been forced to leave two days earlier bc the inside temperature hit 89 degrees. We had to scramble to find a place to stay. When I did receive a text it was to tell me she was in the Philippines and couldn’t help right then. If a host is on vacation or unable to be contacted reliably they should leave a second local contact for help. I still have not heard back regarding a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The space was filled with beautiful natural light and had plenty of room to relax. The queen mattresses were super comfortable, and the comforters were some of the coziest we've ever had in a rental. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the washer and dryer were very convenient and functioned well . We also appreciated the heads-up about the number of stairs—it helped us come prepared and our 7 & 11 handled it well. The kayaks and oars were a fantastic bonus and added a fun touch to our trip. There were 2 singles and double which worked perfect for our family of 4.The only downside was the initial communication around the air conditioning issue. We had to contact Vrbo directly to get things sorted, which delayed our check-in until after 10pm which was extremely inconvenient. That hiccup aside and instructions another night due to AC issues but quicker responses, the stay was wonderful.Would recommend—with a heads-up that communication with the host could be improved.

The house was great , near many things to do The only negative was that the kayaks were not left in very accessible shape they were filled with water dirt and spiders,,had a hard time getting them down to the water to use them

Our stay at the getaway

Overall the stay was nice. Inside the place was very clean and everything worked properly. All bedrooms and appliances were up to par. Beds were extremely comfortable and area was very relaxing. Will not complain about the stairs because she clearly states lots and lots of stairs. The complaint that I do have is that I booked this property mainly for the use of the kayaks the water and the back deck. Back deck furniture and kayaks were filthy I had no way to clean them properly. We made one trip down to the water and decided we would not do it again. If you're just needing a place to relax perfect, if you're wanting to enjoy the water with using their amenities I would look elsewhere. Had plenty of towels but no conditioner. . Also couldn't get a response about the pool so didn't end up using it which really bummed out the husband. Kind of a minus since it was Father's Day weekend. Lots of pretty places around the area. There were a few creeks nearby that made the trip worth it.

Great for a get away!

Property was very clean upon arrival. We greatly enjoyed the deck area & the quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to get into town without issues & just far enough out to enjoy the nature. Neighbors were also quiet & respectful.

The smell of cleaning products was so repulsive my husband had to sleep upstairs on the sofa to avoid the smell in the bedrooms. I found the smell nauseating but was able to get by sleeping downstairs in a bed. Impossible to air out the space since there aren’t screens on the windows and the bugs are waiting to fly inside.

Relaxing and scenic getaway

We had a great time here. Ms Rose is very nice! Her condo had everything we needed to give us a comfortable and relaxing stay. We hope to go back soon. My boys loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. There is a beautiful waterfall close to the dam with walking trails and bike trails everywhere! The Rec Center was nice. And of course there is so much to do in NWA.

Cozy Stay

Really enjoyed the stay. Dock is great for kayaking/canoe/paddle boarding off of, not great for swimming. The amount of stairs is no joke. Very clean inside and kitchen was well stocked with things to cook.

We were there to see a state we’ve never seen before. My daughter got married in Bella Vista on the 18th. Trash can was right by front door with flies everywhere. We moved it away from door. Key pad didn’t light up so we could see numbers. We used a flashlight to do code. Dead flies in kitchen window. Freezing downstairs all the time. Steps to dock were very dangerous and in need of major repairs. Wet towels were folded and in with folded dry towels.

Checking out Belle Vista

I felt the property was a very good value for the money spent. The property was as advertised, very clean. The property was in a good location. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the lakes, hiking, and clubhouse amenities. We were in Belle Vista over spring break to check it out as a retirement destination. Would recommend the property.

We didn't get to stay long but there is ample hiking trails and recreational activities. We want to come back to explorer the area more! The house is close to amenities but still secluded. I would recommend if you’re looking for a quick easy trip.

We loved our stay! Home with a beautiful view.

My husband and I loved staying here. The view was so amazing. I really enjoyed waking up in the morning and looking at the lake. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great location! I will love to stay here again sometime.
