There are not enough stars to give this place. From all the help on things to do and places to eat before we even got there, helping me set up for a birthday surprise. It was a beautiful view. And so spacious and beautiful in all the rooms. It was just perfect. All the game room activities and fire pit. Just perfect! I will definitely be back! The only thing it needed was a long/ tall mirror in the down stairs rooms. Seems small but would be helpful!

Tree!! Trees!

We had the privilege of staying here while visiting for my nephew’s wedding at the nearby Mildred B Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista. The home is beautifully lined with trees outback. They had all the amenities you need and the management company gave us plenty of tips and local spots.

This was an absolutely fantastic property. The manager was immediately responsive to all of our needs and honestly anticipated them before we got there. We just came out to play golf. It rained on a couple of the days so it was nice to be able to sit outside in the hot tub, or play ping pong, pool, or darts in the game room. I even forgot my pillow and they mailed it back to me. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. Thank you for a delightful experience.

Nice house, great area

This house was a great spot for 2 families of 4 to enjoy a long weekend in Bella Vista & Bentonville. The house was spacious and comfortable. The primary suite is lovely and the kids really enjoyed both the bunk room and the game room. Other than the primary, all of the sleeping space is downstairs, and there is one small full bathroom down there- we made it work but just something to be aware of. We loved the proximity to Tanyard Creek trail and the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, and the drive into Bentonville was easy as well.

Very good way to celebrate Christmas with family

We have family, including 3 grandchildren, living in Bella Vista. We needed a clean family friendly home to bring the rest of our family together for the Christmas celebration. This home really fit the bill. We enjoyed the game room and smart tvs in nearly all the rooms. We had some trouble managing the heat upstairs and downstairs but the management company was quick to offer to come out and investigate. Given the short amount of time we were there, we just made it work. Good experience overall.

The house was great...the space was well laid out. It could have been a bit cleaner, but the property manager was responsive to our needs. Overall, the house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were blessed with some great weather for enjoying the decks and the hot tub.

Family Wedding in Arkansas

Great location to the Chapel. Asked for early check in and had no problem getting access at 2:30. The house had lots of space and activities to do. We weren’t there a lot since we had a wedding to go to. The only thing that was deceiving was it shows 3 full bathrooms in the illustrations but in the text part it is described as 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Otherwise it was a great home and would stay there again.

Mountain biking trip to Bella Vista

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood near Bella Vista close to the back 40 trail system. Travel to Bentonville was approximately 20 minutes and we did that quite often. The house itself is great for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed the multiple games available in the garage. Would highly recommend!

Everything was as advertised. House was awesome. Great neighborhood. Great neighbors. We had 7 with room to spare. The garage kept everyone entertained every night. Ultimate biking destination

Everything worked out great with this rental. Location was perfect for back forty biking access. The house itself was newly finished, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities that you could possibly image and then some. The Property management contact was also very responsive with follow up on questions which made for a great experience overall. Definitely a place we will consider for future Bentonville travel.
