📍 Welcome to our holiday apartment, located at almost 1000 meters above sea level, in a unique position for those who love trekking, regenerating walks and breathtaking views.
Away from the chaos, close to beauty.

🏡 The apartment welcomes up to 4 guests in a warm and functional environment:
a bedroom-living room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home — oven, induction stove, microwave, freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle and utensils.

🛁 The bathroom is new, elegant, with a modern shower covered in a colorful mosaic. You will find complimentary soaps, soft towels, sheets and all linens included.

🌅 Outside, a large panoramic terrace invites you to experience the mountains even in the open air: breakfasts in the sun, dinners at sunset, relaxing under the umbrella.

🍽 In the surrounding area, local tradition awaits you at the table too:
a few steps away you will find Chalet Gabriele, perfect for a typical dinner with a view. If you fancy a walk in the greenery, in about 40 minutes you can reach Capanna Martina, ideal for a lunch with the flavors of the mountain.
And if you prefer to travel by car, several typical restaurants can be reached in a few minutes.
