Management entered my room while I was out for dinner, took pictures of my things without my consent and who’s to say they didn’t steal anything as I haven’t had a chance to go through my bag yet, upon my return I was accused of smoking in the room which I wasn’t because I wasn’t even in the room at the time they claim, they kicked me out of the room but not before screaming at me and charging my card an additional $300 on top of the $200 deposit. Completely unacceptable. I will be contacting Wyndham head office and reporting the charges as fraudulent to my credit card. A disgraceful hotel!

It was ok We thought we had a queen bed but it was a double And we couldn't control the heat ...it was freezing

There was a power outage at night (out of their control) however safety lighting was non-functional. Management not willing to compensate for a cold nights sleep or safe passage to getting out of building. Dated, dusty, massive storm sewer backup, likely a flooded basement.

Booked and paid for a queen room, bed was definitely not a queen. Mattress was curved up in the edges so that my husband and I kept rolling to the centre. Room is very dated. Girl at front desk gave us room keys to a room that was already occupied, thankfully she noticed just as we put the key in the door. Room was acceptable but probably wouldn’t stay again.
