The staff were excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean with beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Breakfast was also excellent. The whole vibe of the hotel was calm and relaxing. We would return again if we visit Geneva in future.

The staff were very gentle and welcoming. Literally every need had been thought of and taken care of. They provided beautiful hand cream, soap, facial cleanser, wooden toothbrush/comb. Dressing gowns/slippers. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean any incredibly comfortable. A fantastic location with views of Lake Geneva. Breakfast was lovely. Served on what the English would class as afternoon tea towers. On the bottom plate sliced meats and cheese, the second plate jars of fruit salad, yoghurt and muesli and the 3rd plate an array of croissants, jams and pain au chocolate. All fresh. We were also offered egg (cooked how we wished it to be) and bacon. Breakfast was truly delicious, a lovely way to gently come too in the mornings - eating a delicious breakfast whilst observing the view of the lakes. I was super impressed and reassured that they had knowledge that we had coeliac disease and unable to eat gluten. Providing warm gluten free bread without me reminding or asking them. I also loved that they contacted me 2 days before our arrival via WhatsApp to welcome us, provide and gather essential information. Simply the best service I have ever received and the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at.

Loved our stay at this new boutique hotel. It’s outside of city center but only a 7min walk to the nearest train station and bus stop across the street for easy access to city center and airport. Customer service was great, everyone was very nice. It sits right on Lake Geneva with even swimming access. Highly recommend!

La douche de la chambre que nous avons occupé n'a pas de mobilier pour poser les trousses de toilettes. Faire attention à ne pas se prendre le lavabo sur la tête en se levant des toilettes. Pas de support pour savon dans la douche et pas de miroir murale.

I would highly recommend staying here. The “continental breakfast” was superb and service great. They spoiled us with an omelet and fresh toasts coffee and a 3 layer stand with yogurt and fruit! Rooms are great and quiet. Perfect for us as we had a car and not so busy garage just across the street. 10 min drive to the airport.
