Staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. The buildings in good repair and overall seems fine. The room was hot and the thermostat not working. We discovered the air conditioning was unplugged from the wall and plugged it back in. While turning the air conditioning back on we noticed the filters appeared not to have been cleaned in a very long time. Once we clean the filters the air conditioning did a wonderful job. There was some dust built up in other places as well but not dirty just in need of a detailed cleaning. Attempted to attach a photo of the filters but the app won't let me.

Staff was just hanging with her bf during check in, pool & hot tub were very dirty, there were no towels to dry off. I think our shower was missing a door because it was wide open and water was going everywhere

Good location. Painting was obvious in progress. Poor workmanship, tape and paint splatters on door knobs and foot kicks, floor in elevater grundy. BLACK long hair in shower, shower didn't drain well, and baseboard around bathroom pathetic.

If you want peace and quiet don’t stay here

Hotel and our room were nice however the majority of the time we were there, the staff cleaning rooms were slamming doors constantly. Around 3-7pm and then again in the morning from 8-10. Also knocking on our room door which woke us up, when there was a do not disturb sign. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good, but could've been better

I can tell that the hotel had a sloppy renovation. By check in time we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Actually pretty much that whole floor hadn't been cleaned. We did get a room on another floor. Yet, instead of getting 2 queen beds, I think we got 2 full beds.

We were assigned 2 rooms that had not been cleaned before we were finally assigned a third that was ready. Drapes were torn and broken. Refrigerator was loud- we finally unplugged it. The whole place looked old and not cared for- tape on the doors' foot kicks in the hallway.
