There needs to be a light in the coffee alcove. Just a spotlight. And a small trash can. And the room needs two chairs, not just a stool and a chair. And the laundry. First you do do laundry then you don’t then you do. The laundry bag is tiny and rips as soon as you try to tie it and I never got a replacement. I quit trying with the laundry. And I wanted fresh coffee in my room every day. I don’t want to have to walk downstairs. I’m exhausted. I need the coffee before I see people.

Frustrating down time—TV fiasco.

The only disappointment was with the TV. There was not a guide to see what is playing when. Just flipping through channels to try to see what’s on and finally turning it off because you can’t really know what you’re watching or how far into the program you are. VERY frustrating. There should be a program guide available.
