This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. A corner unit in the 600 building means it is a nice quiet location with just a hop, skip and jump to the beach. Build a beach fire, roast hot dogs or marshmallows while enjoying a spectacular sunset and view of the San Juan Islands. This condo has been remodeled and the owner put lots of extra touches into the project. One bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and is a bit more spacious. The second room also offer a Queen size bed which is perfect for another couple or little ones. Lots of space in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, nice size TV, and lots of games and puzzles for your use. Outside you have a propane grill to show off your BBQing skills and a nice patio table and chairs with umbrella. The patio opens onto a greenbelt so it is nice if you have small children or just don't like lots of stairs. Because you are centrally located at Jacobs Landing you are also close to the clubhouse with into pool, hot tub, tennis court and racquetball court all for your enjoyment while staying at this property.
