We’ve stayed here at this resort many times in the past, and being we’re from Canada. When we had arrived at 6 PM, we had asked for a late checkout and we were told that the front desk to Phone at 7:30 in the morning to check with them. That morning I had called front desk to ask for a late checkout and a lady named Lisa then proceeds to tell me that there will be a $20 charge for late checkout. I told her that no one had mentioned that the night before that there would be a charge……. We were very disappointed and left on time……. If that was really the case, the staff from the night before should have mentioned it to us.!

Check-in staff professional, courteous and helpful. Room was clean, appreciated room amenities. Only request is to move the smoking area - it’s horrible to have to walk by it and get smelly just trying to get to your restaurants & to the non-smoking area. Doesn’t make sense to make patrons walk through smoke to get to non-smoking. Thank you

The casino has a VERY small smoking area that could use improvement.. aside from that the service from casino and hotel was great the pizza was amazing and kid friendly.. I actually WON on this stay at the casino.. Overhaul a great 2 night 3 day stay..
