The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Hotel é bem confortável, limpo, com funcionários atenciosos, principalmente os que estao no cafe da manhã. Cafe bem farto, que da pra alimentar satisfatoriamente! So o ar que parou de funcionar, mas foi sem problemas pq bh estava friozinho e foi apenas um dia! Esta localizado no coração de bh. Perto de tudo, rodoviária, parque, shopping e da praça da estação.

Tinha um forró do lado muito barulhento. O estacionamento não tem vaga, segundo o funcionário é muito pequeno. A localização é central por isso a noite é bem perigoso.
