We have stayed here before and liked it . We think it’s a cool hotel with its slide in the lobby and window in the shower. But this we noticed the wear and tear of the building taking place. It needs to be painted and carpets were stained.

Overall, my stay was great. Good breakfast and relaxing. The only complaint is the shower area had mold that was not possible to be cleaned around the edged where the glass meets the floor.

Reception area was very unhelpful. No one spoke English. I have stayed at other Novotel in other non English speaking countries— not a problem. Here in Belo was a problem. Not enough towels and towels were not very good. Hotel needs to replace them with new ones. Breakfast was good. NOT STAYING AT THIS NOVOTEL AGAIN.

We enjoyed the hotels convenient location where a lot was reachable with a good walk. The hotel had great food and services. But we really enjoyed the hotels uniqueness the most. From the slide in the lobby to the glass wall in the shower, we will definitely stay again.
