O hotel apesar de possuir um quarto incrível, espaçoso e extremamente limpo, perde na flexibilidade com o hóspede . Cheguei duas horas antes do horário de entrada da minha reserva solicitei um early check-in pois tinha uma reunião marcada para as 13:00hrs, o hotel me cobrou 180,00R$ para me conceder este benefício praticamente uma diária por um quarto que já estava pronto para a entrada. Não bastasse ao final da estadia solicitei que eu pudesse sair do meu quarto às 12:30 e mais uma vez fui negado com a informação que o hotel estava com uma demanda , lembrando que estamos falando de uma reserva que finalizou em um dia de domingo. Infelizmente não me hospedarei mais nessa propriedade pela inflexibilidade
