Confesso que, considerando a região onde fica o hotel, bem em frente à Lagoa da Pampulha, esperava mais em relação a alguns quesitos. Por exemplo, o quarto não tinha smarTV (apenas uma pequena TV com canais locais, com imagem ruim); paga-se R$ 30,00 por um estacionamento pequeno, apertado e que requer certa habilidade do motorista para sair, dependendo do dia; o ralo do banheiro estava parcialmente entupido. Bastava ligar o chuveiro e com poucos minutos o nível da água ia subindo. Precisei fechar o chuveiro algumas vezes para a água diminuir e não transbordar para o banheiro. Quarto não tinha plaquinha indicando se queria ou não limpeza pela manhã, não tinha secador de cabelo. Enfim... a hospedagem valeu apenas pelo atendimento (do qual não tenho que reclamar) e pela localização.

A experiência foi péssima começando pelo checkin. O atendimento muito ruim… No quarto, a tv não funcionava, a internet não funcionava e pedi auxílio para a recepção e foi a mesma coisa que nada! Quanto ao estacionamento, uma bagunça! Carros estacionados de qualquer forma, sem um cuidado para não trancar os outros. Ficamos 50min aguardando para acharem os donos dos carros para conseguirmos sair.

O café da manhã era bom, mas as pousadas que eu fiquei nessa viagem a Capitolio superaram o desse hotel. Ele tem uma otima localização em frente a Lagoa da Pampulha.
