The Space:

Snow-dusted pines frame quiet fairways as you arrive, and the warmth of timber beams and a glowing gas fireplace greets you inside. Winter days here unfold at an unhurried pace - mornings with coffee beneath soaring ceilings, afternoons spent together across generous living spaces, and evenings soaking in the hot tub as cold air drifts over the golf course.



Woods & Irons Lodge is a 4,800 square foot, lodge-style home set along the Woodlands Golf Course in Sunriver. Natural wood, stone, slate, and granite create a grounded, inviting atmosphere, anchored by a great room with 16-foot vaulted ceilings. Two separate living areas make it easy for your group to gather or spread out, whether you are watching a game, playing cards, or enjoying a quiet fireside conversation.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features eight bedrooms and sleeps up to 20 guests. Seven master bedroom suites each include a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Five of these suites are located on the main level, offering convenient main-level living. Upstairs, two additional king master suites provide privacy, along with a separate bedroom featuring six twin beds (not bunk beds). Rustic timber beds, pillow-top mattresses, and luxury linens ensure comfortable nights after full winter days.



Kitchen & dining

At the heart of the home, the kitchen is designed for shared meals and long conversations. It features a Viking stainless steel gas stove, dual ovens, multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, and ample counter space with a large island. A custom dining table seats your group comfortably, while the bonus room bar offers a secondary gathering space with its own sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher.



Indoor entertainment & comfort

A heated three-car garage doubles as a game space with ping pong, foosball, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, and a TV. Smart TVs are located throughout the home, including the living room, bonus room, and bedrooms. Central heating, air conditioning, and an indoor gas fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. Two washers and two dryers make extended stays easy.



Outdoor living

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces invite you to unwind. The large deck overlooks the golf course and features a private hot tub available all year. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating provide flexibility when weather allows, while upper and lower decks offer multiple vantage points of the surrounding landscape.



Location & recreation

The home is located on Tan Oak, just off Circle 11, with views of the 2nd and 3rd holes of the Woodlands Course. Your stay includes 18 SHARC passes, offering access to the shared aquatic and recreation facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, and the marina. Touring bikes are provided for exploring Sunriver’s paved paths when conditions permit. Mt. Bachelor and Bend are about 30 minutes away, offering winter sports, dining, and shopping.



This is a no pet or animal home and is well-suited for large families or groups of couples seeking space, privacy, and a true Sunriver winter retreat.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!



Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes away for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat launch), and The Lodge.
