Staff was very friendly and rooms were affordable, clean and sound proof. They have great laundry facilities as well as exercise equipment. They also served a continental breakfast, which was unexpected due to the rate of the rooms. The only downfall was parking got really tight after dark and I actually had to park across third street and a couple blocks away. Overall this is the best choice in this rate category in Bend. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely horrible. The front desk lady didn’t invite me she she didn’t ask me who I was. She just says hi and it doesn’t say anything like this is the hospitality is horrible there they said that there was people coming in my room all night and all day, which is absolutely wrong cause I don’t even have that many friends and so that’s what it is and I want to call corporate. I’m gonna call corporate. There’s no reason in the world. Anybody should be treated like that and rush me out of my room. It wasn’t even 11 o’clock and they’re in there trying to clean so I don’t know what kind of business you motherfuckers are running, but you need to get it straight cause I’m not playing. I’m calling corporate and it’s them. You know I’ll call right now.

This place is not as advertised! Our room had multiple stains on the sheets and just an overall gross feel. There’s no way we could have stayed there comfortably. We told the staff, said we can’t stay in these conditions, and to please cancel and give us a refund. We then had to pay for a new hotel. We later found out that Days Inn was refusing to refund us. If I knew this place was so gross, I never would have booked in the first place! Zero stars. Do not book here!
