Great location. Jackson at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Wish we could've gotten in the room on time. Each room has microwave and fridge. Other room did not have freezer in the room. Bathroom wasn't as clean as rest of the room.

Jackson at the front desk was very nice, apologized for the wait as there was a line, and was very helpful in making sure I had a 1st floor room as my mom has difficulty with stairs and there is not an elevator. Very pleased with staff.

I am not rating the stay because we did not end up staying. We were turned down at the last minute, late at night, when we were so tired from the drive and our sports meet. It was frustrating that all the receptionist told us they had no other room for us after not checking that the room they booked us in was not prepared and ready. I even confirmed online ahead of time to ensure the security of the booking. Please revisit your process. I hope our experience will not be reciprocated to other families because it was no fun trying to figure out where to stay then.

Hotel was clean, pool was open for adults only from 10-11, and a really great breakfast! No elevators, so traipsing down the stairs with heavy luggage was not fun. The workout facility had broken equipment and the tv did not work. I would stay here again when visiting the Bend area

Staff courteous. Room clean, but slightly run down (wall by bed had exposed nails from possible picture off wall and thermostat off wall). No hand soap by sink. No hot water in morning for shower. Free breakfast with well supplied scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle station (syrup, whipped cream, chocolate sauce if fridge),yogurt. Room fairly quiet overnight.

This place was okay. I’m sure there’s nicer places to stay in Bend. There was a large orange/red stain on the carpet which only bothered me because we have two small children. The room was a little dirty but the beds were decently clean. The pool was nice and the kids liked it a lot. Breakfast was alright.
