Les points forts : Propreté
We loved our stay at Trails End Retreat. The house is beautiful. The turn in is a bit tricky - it's right off the highway and you have to know where it is. Thankfully a neighboring property was for sale so we could tell by the realtor sign. It would easily fit multiple families or a large group of adults (if people sleep together). One whole section is almost a mother-in-law suite, totally separate with two bedrooms and a kitchen, above the garage. We loved the game room in the garage. The kitchen was great, though we didn't do any cooking there so I can't speak to supplies. There were enough plates, silverware, and mugs. The backyard was fun for the kids to climb the rocks and for the adults to sit around the fire. The location was good, and would be perfect for people wanting to ski at Mt. Bachelor. There is a walking/biking path that leads into town, but it's across the highway and there wasn't safe and easy access to it from the house that we could find. The one drawback is that the A/C wouldn't go below 70. We ended up turning the unit off and opening windows because it was cool outside at night. The host company was responsive and brought us coffee beans when we called since it wasn't left before we arrived. The rental agreement was generic but mentioned a hot tub - that threw us for a loop and we were then disappointed that there wasn't one, even though the listing clearly doesn't have one. Overall this was a fabulous stay and we would stay here again.
