e had a lovely stay for spring break at 7th Mountain in Bend! Clean place, great amenities, friendly staff. Plenty of towels and pool towels were nice! Could have used a few more kitchen items/dishes but nice to have a dishwasher. We probably cooked more than the average guest. Our dog loved watching the birds on the balcony and our kids loved the freedom of the resort. It was great having laundry facilities available since we got sweaty and dusty with all the biking and rock climbing we did. I suggest bringing a headlamp if youâre walking around at night! The whole place felt very safe. We will definitely be back!
Unit was clean and well appointed. We've stayed at this resort 5x and this is the nicest unit. We did have a large family staying above us and they were really loud and annoying. Sound made it difficult to sleep. This isn't the unit's fault, but that would be my only complaint.
Check-in: Welcoming atmosphere with warm smiles. Easy check-in. Easy access.1st night: Friday music 5-8pm. Comfortable seating, ok food at the Outfitter with outdoor seating. No outside server, and no bussing stations. Then to the jacuzzi. 2 jacuzzis, not overly crowded.Day 2: Starbucks, not Starbucks on sight. In room made our own breakfast. All the essentials were there. River inner tubing, dog park and Baldy's for dinner (wish it were cleaner) BBQ a hit. Hiking. So much to do at the resort. You wouldnt have to leave. It's all there.Check out: No problem. I would do it again.
This condo is a straightforward, no-frills place with decent value for what you are getting. It is close to the mountain and to town, and I like that it has access to a pool, hot tub, sauna and other amenities at the Seventh Mountain resort facility. No complaints about cleanliness, and the beds are comfy. I think saying "updated" in the listing title is a stretch, as this unit has not been updated since the 90s, probably. I like to be able to cook when I stay somewhere to help keep costs down and this kitchen, though pretty bare bones, gets the job done. It might be good to add some more kitchen implements and pots/pans that aren't scratched to hell and have years worth of burned on gunk on them. I made specific comments last year about which kitchen items need to be replaced and those were not noted, as the exact same cracked/leaky ice cube trays were in the freezer this year, etc. I think that's just the way it goes when you're renting an inexpensive condo run by a third party management company. Overall, good stay, great location, and would stay again, if prices stay the same.
This was our second stay at 7th Mountain resort. It has great amenities and is close to Mount Bachelor. This unit was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was working well. The beds and towels were comfy. Highly recommended!
Had a great time. Place was great. Bath tub in first room not clean. Water not draining very well in bedroom with bunk beds. But otherwise great place to stay.
