Check-in experience is bad, I had to take my luggage out of the car as there was not enough staff. Also the reception area seems scattered and not organised, no one to guide you. Food is okey, not happy with the spread.

The best part of the hotel for me was the room. Clean, well appointed, comfortable and planned for guest comfort. It was also fun to hang around at the coffee shop on the ground floor and the experience of the spiced rum brewed in house at the Seven Rivers bar was exceptional. It was busy, buzzy, well-served, the entire experience.
