The staff was very friendly! We had a room with a tv that quit working. After calling the front desk, the maintenance man was at our door within minutes. He got the tv working only for it to quit working again shortly after. The room was clean but the shower head kinda dribbled out water. For $200+ per night, I was expecting a slightly higher grade of room.

I left my $200 Colubia coat in the closet. Called the front dest 4 hours later and was told it was not there. There is a thief among them and no one seems to care. I will never stay or eat there again.
